Sunshine Glow Esthetics ensures a positive, comfortable, and relaxing environment while providing a results driven experience! My name is Chandler Rudd and I am the founder of Sunshine Glow Esthetics and a licensed esthetician! I strive to provide my clients the best experience while helping each and everyone achieve their beauty goals. I provide a holistic approach to skincare by treating the skin as a whole through eating, positive habits, and stress reducing. I use a gentle approach to skincare and utilize a skincare brand named Environ. Environ is a great line that revolves around vitamin A and is very well known in the esthetics field. I provide my clients the best of the best and have seen amazing results with these products and I can’t wait for you to experience them! A little bit about my journey, I served in the United States Air Force for almost four years but experienced an injury leading to a medical discharge. After serving, I decided to pursue my dream of embarking in the skin care industry. I attended Douglas J. Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor and gained extensive knowledge and experience! I have been a solo esthetician since obtaining my licensure and have been so fortunate to meet some amazing human beings. I am currently attending Douglas J. Aveda to obtain my massage therapy license and will finish school in early April. My schedule is very limited until then but will return to more flexible hours after graduation. My goal is to help each and every person feel comfortable in their natural skin and bring their beauty dreams to life. Self-care is important and should be a priority. CANCELLATION POLICY
Although I understand life happens, I ask that if you do not plan on coming to your scheduled appointment that you cancel before 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. In the case of a no show, your card will be charged 100% of the service(s) you booked for. If you do not show up on time, I will reach out after 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If there is no response or you do not show up at 15 minutes past, I will cancel the appointment and your card will be charged. With that being said, please do not take this as you can be a few minutes late as I have clients back to back most days. For some services, I require a non-refundable deposit based on past experiences with no shows and with the amount of time I spend driving and setting up for your appointment. I strive to ensure a positive environment and provide you the best service I can. In the case of you putting a deposit for a service and you canceling less than 24 hours prior, the deposit you paid will count towards the 50% of the service fee owed. This is also applied to no shows as well. If an emergency occurs please reach out to me at 517-918-5845. Communication is key and I am not unreasonable when it comes to situations such as illness, accidents, etc. If there is no communication, I have no choice but to enforce the fee.
